CCPATCH signs Susan Palmer as Capital Campaign Manager to help restore the historic 1929 Ritz Theatre!
The Board of Directors for CCPATCH, the non-profit behind The Ritz Theatre revitalization, are pleased to announce Susan Palmer of Palmer Westport Group has been officially signed as the Capital Campaign Manager of record to lead the fundraising efforts for the rehabilitation of The Ritz Theatre in downtown Corpus Christi, Texas.
Susan Palmer is the President of Palmer Westport Group, specializing in the non-profit sector and leading over a decade’s worth of fundraising, project management, strategic planning, board development, and marketing.
Susan Palmer founded the Palmer Westport Group (PWG) in 2005 after a distinguished career leading historic theatres from restoration and initial start up phases to successful award-winning venues. Today, she assists theatres nationwide with feasibility and planning studies, market assessments, capital and annual campaigns, board development, strategic and master planning, business planning and pro-forma development.
Susan is the former Executive Director of The Colonial Theatre, Pittsfield, MA, where she led the board/staff team to produce and present programs, raise funds, do long-range planning, an and lay the groundwork for a $21,456,002 restoration of the 100-year-old, architecturally-significant historic Colonial Theatre, dark for over half a century, and the 30,000 square foot adjacent annex building.
