What is Friends of The Ritz?
A member group of individuals and corporations who support the rehabilitation of the historic 1929 Ritz Theatre.

How do I become a member?
Any monetary or documented in-kind donation qualifies you to be a Friend of The Ritz.

What benefits do I get by becoming a member?
You get to be part of an integral support group, with a shared mission to rehabilitate one of Corpus Christi’s historic gems. The Ritz needs YOU: your time, talent, and treasure

How can I help?

  1. Donate! We are trying to match our Harvey grant ($230,000) and that grant goal is part of a larger, seed funding goal, totalling $500,000 to start.

The Founder’s Circle Challenge:
The Founder’s Circle is a special group, honoring those willing to be the first to invest in the future of The Ritz. Individuals and corporations who donate $5000 or more by 1/31/2024 will become members of the Founder’s Circle, supporting the rehabilitation of the historic 1929 Ritz Theatre.

Become a member of the Founder’s Circle by raising $5000 or more from friends and family by 1/31/2024.

Is Friends of The Ritz a non-profit?
Yes. “Friends of the Ritz” is a DBA of Corpus Christi PATCH, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization. CCPATCH’s EIN# is 20-2821925. “The Ritz” is also a DBA of CCPATCH. Donations to Friends of The Ritz, The Ritz Theatre, or CCPATCH are tax deductible. All donations made via Friends of The Ritz are tracked as such, and are applied to specific needs identified by CCPATCH.
